I believe in art.

I think it has the capacity to move people to tears and stop them in their tracks. It can change minds, break hearts and start revolutions. That’s what makes it such a powerful force and that’s why I love being an artist.

The way I see it, art can be both raw and refined. It can be conventional and confounding. It can be sophisticated and simple. People are more than one thing, so their art should be as well.
